Innovative product pipeline leads to surge in TeleAdaptís hospitality revenue

TeleAdaptís hospitality business has seen significant revenue growth during 2004 as a result of the DeskHubÆ rangeís innovative and extensive product portfolio. Designed to increase usage and income from in-room High Speed Internet Access, the range simplifies wireless and wired connection for hotel guests.

Gordon Brown, Managing Director of TeleAdapt, says: ìI have been delighted with the success of our Hospitality business. Philippe Wahab joins the team as Hospitality Sales Manager, bringing with him a depth of hotel technology experience gained with software vendor Newmarket. Prior to this Philippe worked for the Accor Group in France.

The team will be led by Dan Taylor. Prior to TeleAdapt Dan was Head of Business Development at Soft-ex, an international software and services company. Dan has also held a range of sales and marketing roles at Nortel Networks and began his technology career as an officer in the Royal Corps of Signals.î

TeleAdaptís DeskHubÆ range of Internet Access Points is in continuous development. In addition to the existing range of wired and wireless solutions, recent new releases include the DeskBridgeô. This custom branded and styled Internet Access Point is a unique solution to make wireless provision more profitable! The DeskBridgeô provides wired access to wireless networks through a retractable Ethernet cable so that all laptops and computers can participate in the wireless revolution. Another new product is the 802.11g-version of the portable WL-330Æ wireless Ethernet adapter. This pocket-sized adapter enables mobile users to access existing wireless networks or create their own one when none are available.
