4.3 The data we use is specific for the use, purely on a business to business basis, within the Hotel Industry and can only use your information if we have your consent or have a legitimate interest as an existing or prospective customer of our products. Such data, in addition to that referred to above, is limited to the name and contact details of influencers and decision makers responsible for procurement on behalf of their company. This information is used therefore for:

4.3.2 the notification of any new products / services;
4.3.3 transmission by email of promotional materials;
4.3.4 contact for market research purposes which may be done using email, telephone, fax or mail.
5. How long do we hold data?
5.1 We only hold information of persons within the hospitality Industry, details will be removed if a contact publishes a job change or moves out of the hospitality Industry.
5.2 You have the right to ask us to delete or correct any information we hold about you that is incorrect; to restrict the processing of your personal data; and to object to the processing of your data. We will consider and evaluate all such requests received. Such requests should be made to email@example.com.
6. Unsubscribe from marketing
6.1 Unless you have told us not to, we will send you marketing information relating to products that we think will be of interest and relevant to you, for legitimate reasons. If you change your mind and no longer want to receive these communications please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

You have the right to ask for a subject access requests (SARs) of your personal data held by the Company (where such data is held) on payment of a small fee.
